The hotel is conveniently located near the sandy beach, just a short walk down the hill. Guests have the option to purchase sunbeds with parasols for only 4 euros, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun.
The hotel lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance, as mentioned in some reviews.

... just the location.
Well ... a lot of things! 1. there is no parking place, if you find one in front of the hotel you are a lucky one, if not ... good luck finding one in the street 2. it is almost impossible to find someone who speaks english at the reception, it is not acceptable in a 4* hotel! the worst manager i have ever seen! she did not speak english at all, we had many problems with the staff - they asked us to pay in advance for our stay, they charged us extra services that we didn't ask and when we asked for our money back (for the extra services that we didn't want) they tried to fool us. 3. we stayed 3 nights and our room was cleaned just once!!! the towels were once white ... now they were grey, there was hair on all the carpets in our room, very bad cleaning serivce! 4. poor breackfast and no variation during our stay 5. the New Year's Eve menu was not great, too expensive for what they offered 6. we wanted to have a lunch in the hotel's restaurant in our first day and they told us to go into the city to eat because they did not have enough staff for the restaurant 7. you can not pay in Euro, just Leva, there is no exchange office in the hotel. 8. slow elevators 9. at midnight, on first of January the access in the rooms was impossible due to a internal problem, we had to stay and wait in the lobby until 4 a.m., when we asked for a discount for that night the manager said she will talk to the owner of the hotel about this but the next day during our check out she didn't want to came to talk to us, she locked herself in her office. DEFINETLY NOT A 4*HOTEL!

The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning and a balcony. the proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk away.
The restaurant left much to be desired. the limited food options were disappointing and the quality of the dishes served was poor.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location - walking distance from the old town of Nesebar.
Stay away from this hotel! Our reservation was for a room with sea view and free parking - turned out, our room was facing an ugly parking lot and they wanted to charge us 5 euros per day for parking on the street. The receptionist I had the pleasure to argue with kept interrupting me and raising her voice that neither she nor management (with whom I made her talk on the phone twice) cared about our experience. The room had damaged furniture and large stains on the carpet and sofa as well as hairs on the bed sheets. I found remains of a cherry on the bathroom floor. I am not sure the toilet seat was cleaned. The hotel had no air conditioning in the lobby, just the rooms. For our room, we could use two very slow and extremely hot elevators, one of them with damaged light. The hotel description claims four stars - I wonder how drinking from plastic cups at the breakfast table and having only toast bread and a few types of cheese can ever account for even two stars. Overall, everything this hotel claims is a lie. We were not the only ones to complain at the reception; the guests who obviously did not mind staying there were drunk worker-class Russians in their teens or twenties. We cancelled our reservation and checked in at Hotel Plaza in Ravda, just a few kilometers away -- the contrast was huge.

good position
The Breakfast was extremly poor; extremly crowded; you have to wait 10 minutes to get a coffee from the only available coffee machine. Only 2 small soaps in the room, one shampoo, and no replace or refill during 3 days stay.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a lively shopping area. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices, including fresh fruits and hot dishes.
The hotel could use some updating and maintenance. The elevators were slow and often crowded.

Hotel's location is extremely convenient. It is located close to the beach as well as to the old city of Nesebar. There are many little shops, fast food places and restaurants around, so you can get whatever you need very fast. Rooms are spacious, very nicely decorated. Sea view room was with a beautiful sea view. Staff was trying to be helpful however they either did not speak English or spoke very poor English.
Breakfast was probably the lowest point of the stay. Quite poor selection and quality of food as well as drinks. If you didnt come to breakfast when it started, the selection of food was even more limited. The breakfast place was not air-conditioned which is pretty bothering during the very hot days. The plates and glasses were dirty. Staff either did not speak English or spoke very poor English. The cleaning lady didnt provide us with toilette paper every day and did not give us as many towels as she took. The towels were clean however looked pretty used for many years. I believe 4* hotel could change them after a couple of years.

I didn't like that there is not free internet in the room.
